PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE NOTICE

This repository contains the DataCore / Ontology platform, including its
ingestion, ontology, query, mart, reporting, API, MCP and operator-console code
and associated documentation (the "Software"). Except for Third-Party Components
and Customer Materials described below, the Software is proprietary to Intuition
Education Australia Pty Ltd ("Ontology").

This file is a rights notice, not a public or open-source licence. Possession of,
access to, or receipt of a copy of the Software does not by itself grant a right
to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell or create derivative
works from the Software.

Any rights granted to a customer or other recipient arise solely under an
applicable written agreement with Ontology. The Software may be used only within
the scope, term and restrictions of that agreement. If this notice conflicts with
an applicable written agreement, that agreement prevails.

"Customer Materials" include a customer's data and any customer-owned business
rules, report configuration or skills identified as such in the applicable
written agreement. Ownership and permitted use of Customer Materials are governed
by that agreement; their presence in this repository does not transfer ownership
to Ontology or expand any recipient's rights in the Software.

"Third-Party Components" are components supplied under separate licence terms.
Those terms govern the relevant components and are not restricted by this notice.
See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and docs/third-party-licenses.md, as well as licence or
notice files distributed with the individual components.

This notice gives no warranty in addition to any warranty expressly provided in
an applicable written agreement. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or
modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded,
restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

# Third-party notices

DataCore includes or uses third-party components governed by their own licence
terms. Those terms apply to the relevant components independently of DataCore's
proprietary notice in `LICENSE`.

The resolved Ruby and JavaScript dependency manifests are `Gemfile.lock` and
`package-lock.json`. Licence metadata for the runtime dependency sets is checked
by `script/audit_licenses`; the current audit and distribution controls are
documented in `docs/third-party-licenses.md`. Copyright, licence and NOTICE files
shipped inside an installed gem, npm package, operating-system package or base
image must be retained with that component.

The user interface loads Flowbite 4.0.2 and contains selected paths from the
Flowbite icon set.
